This 31-year-old female patient with bilateral mammary hypoplasia (small breast) underwent an Infra-Mammary Fold incision, partial sub-muscular (Dual plane) breast augmentation with Silicone implants. She had significant asymmetry, and two different profile implants were used to improve on those asymmetries.
