This 28 year old female patient with bilateral mammary hypoplasia (small breast) and severe case of Pectus Excavatum (congenital condition of caved-in or sunken appearance of the chest wall), underwent a Infra-Mammary Fold incision, partial sub-muscular (Dual plane) breast augmentation with Silicone implants.
