This female patient with bilateral mammary hypertrophy and ptosis, underwent a central mound breast reduction/lift with a Wise pattern skin excision. A GalaFORM 3D surgical scaffold was used as an Internal Bra for support. A total of 110 grams was removed from the right breast and a total of 120 grams was removed from the left breast.

This is a 42 yo female that had a deflated left saline breast implant. She wanted to have her implants removed. Her right breast saline implant was deflated in the office. Three weeks later she underwent a bilateral wise pattern breast lift (Mastopexy) and a small reduction of the right breast.
