This 24 year old female patient with bilateral mammary hypoplasia (small breast) and ptosis (sagging breast), she underwent a Wise Mastopexy (full breast lift) with a partial sub-muscular (Dual plane) breast augmentation with Silicone Filled implants and surgical scaffold as an internal bra for support.
