This female patient with bilateral mammary hypertrophy and ptosis, underwent a central mound breast reduction with a Wise pattern skin excision. A GalaFORM 3D surgical scaffold was used as an Internal Bra for supportwith suspension. A total of 222 grams was removed from the right breast and a total of 312 grams was removed from the left breast.
