This female patient with bilateral mammary hypertrophy and ptosis, underwent a central mound breast reduction/lift with a Wise pattern skin excision. A GalaFORM 3D surgical scaffold was used as an Internal Bra for support and the signature suspension procedure. A total of 100 grams was removed from the right breast and a total of 20 grams was removed from the left breast.
