This female patient with bilateral mammary hypertrophy and ptosis, underwent a central mound breast reduction with a Wise pattern skin excision. Galaflex 3D Surgical scaffold was used as an Internal Bra for support. A total of 105 grams was removed from the right breast and a total of 145 grams was removed from the left breast.
