This 65 year old patient underwent bilateral removal of her breast implant with reattachment of her pectoralis muscle to the chest wall. She also had a full breast lift (Wise Mastopexy) with small left breast reduction (90 grams). The breast implants removed were Mentor Saline 350cc implants bilaterally.
