This 48 year old patient underwent bilateral removal of her breast implant, capsulectomies, with reattachment of her pectoralis muscle to the chest wall. She also had a full breast lift (Wise Mastopexy) with a small left breast reduction. The breast implants removed were ruptured silicone 450cc implants bilaterally.

The photos are 6 months post her procedure.
