This male patient underwent Suction Assisted Lipectomy (liposuction), as well as mastectomy (open removal of breast tissue) by a periareolar approach to treat bilateral breast Gynecomastia (male breast enlargement). A total of 50 cc of fat was removed from the right breast and 50 cc from the left breast, as well as 5 grams of breast tissue from the right breast and 4 grams from the left.
