This male patient underwent Suction Assisted Lipectomy (liposuction), as well as mastectomy (open removal of breast tissue) by a periareolar approach to treat bilateral breast Gynecomastia (male breast enlargement). A total of 200 cc of fat was removed from the right breast and 150 cc from the left breast, as well as 34 grams of breast tissue from the right breast and 12 grams from the left.
