This 27 year old male patient underwent Suction Assisted Lipectomy as well as partial mastectomy (open removal of breast tissue) by a periareolar approach to treat Bilateral breast Gynecomastia (male breast enlargement). 25cc of fat was removed from the right breast and 40cc from the left as well as 10 grams of breast tissue from the right and 12 grams from the left.
