This 22 year old male patient underwent Suction Assisted Lipectomy as well as partial mastectomy (open removal of breast tissue) by a periareolar approach to treat bilateral breast Gynecomastia (male breast enlargement). 250cc of fat removed from the right breast and 250cc from the left breast as well as 21 grams of breast tissue from the right breast and 51 grams from the left.
