This male patient underwent Suction Assisted Lipectomy as well as subtotal mastectomy (open removal of breast tissue) by a periareolar approach to treat bilateral breast Gynecomastia (male breast enlargement). 200cc of fat removed from the right breast and 250cc from the left breast as well as 5 grams of breast tissue from the right breast and 5 grams from the left.
