This male patient underwent Suction Assisted Lipectomy as well as partial mastectomy (open removal of breast tissue) by a periareolar approach to treat bilateral breast Gynecomastia (male breast enlargement). 150cc of fat removed from the right breast and 125cc from the left breast as well as 5 grams of breast tissue from the right breast and 5 grams from the left.
