This male patient was unhappy with his results after undergoing surgery at another surgeon’s office 2 years prior. He underwent revision gynecomastia surgery with Suction Assisted Lipectomy (liposuction), as well as partial mastectomy (open removal of breast tissue) by a periareolar approach to treat bilateral breast Gynecomastia (male breast enlargement). A total of 50 cc of fat removed from the right breast and 50cc from the left breast, as well as 7 grams of breast tissue from the right breast and 6 grams from the left.
