This male patient was unhappy with his results after undergoing surgery at another surgeon’s office. He underwent revision gynecomastia surgery under local anesthesia. A mastectomy (open removal of breast tissue) was performed by a periareolar approach to treat left breast Gynecomastia (male breast enlargement). A total of 17 grams of breast tissue was removed from the left breast.
