This male patient underwent revision gynecomastia surgery with Suction Assisted Lipectomy (liposuction), as well as partial mastectomy (open removal of breast tissue) by a periareolar approach to treat bilateral breast Gynecomastia (male breast enlargement). A total of 250 cc of fat removed from the right breast and 250cc from the left breast, as well as 15 grams of breast tissue from the right breast and 3 grams from the left.
